Apartment 115 m2

Paris, June 2026

Located in the heart of Paris’s 7th arrondissement, this 115 m² apartment underwent a complete renovation to transform a compartmentalized space into a bright, open-concept living area designed around the owners’ lifestyle.

The open floor plan now allows the entryway, kitchen, dining room, and living room to flow seamlessly together, letting light flood through the apartment. The built-in storage reinterprets Haussmannian design elements through intricate moldings and mirrors, while concealing utility spaces.

At the heart of the project, the kitchen combines walnut with Kalahari natural stone, featured on the countertop, backsplash, and central island. Custom woodwork and walnut glass partitions extend this architectural language by structuring the spaces without interrupting the views.

Designed around the owner’s passion for music, the living room incorporates an audiovisual system entirely concealed within custom-designed furniture, balancing technical performance with aesthetic discretion.

The sleeping areas foster a more intimate atmosphere, where natural materials take center stage. A central headboard defines the master suite and incorporates a spacious, custom-built desk, while the second bedroom was designed to transition naturally from a child’s room to a guest room. Polished concrete, natural marble, Fusion Fascination quartzite, walnut, and antique bronze fixtures form a unifying theme that gives the entire project a understated, warm, and timeless identity.
