TAITBOUT
Apartment 150 m2
Paris, march 2025
Located in the heart of Paris’s 9th arrondissement, just steps away from the Grands Boulevards, this Haussmann-style apartment has been completely redesigned.
From the entrance, the tone is set: a cozy reading nook with a custom pink velvet sofa is nestled into a curved bookcase, creating a space that feels both warm and fluid.
The main living area has been opened up to bring together the living room, dining room, and kitchen in a continuous flow. Bathed in light thanks to large openings, the living room extends into an oak dining area, separated by a custom-made bookcase. The linear kitchen combines walnut cabinetry with an island and a Calacatta stone countertop.
On the private side, the master bedroom opens into a walk-through oak dressing room, which continues into a home office. The bathroom, divided by a glass partition, blends marble, polished concrete, and brushed brass fixtures.
The son’s bedroom features a bold, graphic style, with a built-in headboard, integrated niches, and chrome accents. His bathroom, open to the bedroom, includes a custom marble sink and matte black fixtures for a touch of character.
The daughter’s bedroom is enlivened with color through wall art and includes a desk area, open shelving, and a large oak closet. The bathroom combines custom furniture, Marazzi tiles, and brushed brass fixtures.
