SAINT-GERMAIN
Apartment 74 m2
Paris, July 2025
Located in the heart of Paris, this apartment was conceived as a cohesive whole with masculine lines, structured around a central staircase. Spread across three levels, the spaces flow seamlessly, creating a living environment that is both unique and well-defined.
On the first floor, the main living area brings together the kitchen and the lounge in a warm, structured atmosphere. The Hungarian point oak parquet flooring adds rhythm and offers a sophisticated first impression of the space. In contrast, the kitchen stands out as a centerpiece: deep black, solid alnut, and granite countertops form a powerrful material trio, embodying a masculine, understated, and expressive style. In the lounge, curled fabrics, chosen for their comforting texture, soften the lines and add warmth to the ensemble.
Upstairs, the master suite continues the balance between sophistication and functionality. Built-in walnut niches subtly anchor the headboard, while the custom-designed walk-in closet and workspace maximize every inch with precision, maintaining a fluid visual continuity. The bouclé fabric on the desk chair adds a subtle touch of softness.
Designed as a raw cocoon, the bathroom plays with textures to enhance the character of the space: concrete walls, marble-effect tiled floors, and matte black fixtures create a bold, graphic atmosphere. The custom walnut vanity ties the space to the rest of the apartment, adding a warm, natural element to the mineral setting.
At the top of the apartment, a 30 m² rooftop terrace offers a timeless escape overlooking the Parisian rooftops. Designed for shared moments, it features an outdoor kitchen and a large dining table – perfect for enjoying the view and extending the interior experience into the open air.
