Located in the Marais district, this 30 m² apartment has been completely redesigned to become a functional pied-à-terre for the client. Every centimeter has been optimized without ever sacrificing aesthetics.

The style is deliberately minimalist, softened by the warmth of oak, carefully chosen pops of color, and a selection of decorative objects that bring rhythm to the spaces. Upon entering, an oak console structures the space and naturally draws the eye toward the rest of the apartment.

The kitchen, open to the living room, was designed with a fluid and streamlined spirit. The Taj Mahal quartzite countertop is paired with a terracotta-toned backsplash that warms the overall atmosphere. Matte black fixtures add a subtle contrasting touch.

A rounded glass partition separates the living area from the bedroom. It creates a visual connection while preserving privacy and allows light to circulate freely. The living room features a custom-built bench complemented by oak shelves.

In the bedroom, accessible through a concealed door within the wardrobe, the velvet headboard by Étoffe completes a space designed as a cocoon both practical and welcoming.
