OLÉRON

House 150 m2

Oléron, May 2026

Located on the island of Oléron, this 150-square-meter family home has been completely redesigned with a warm and authentic feel. The project blends raw materials, clean lines, and pops of color, creating a relaxed yet elegant atmosphere.

The living area, designed as the heart of the home, features a mix of natural materials and enveloping textures. The Bejmat floor laid in a herringbone pattern adds rhythm, while the exposed beams and lime-washed walls reinforce the space’s soft, earthy ambiance. The custom-made American elm bookcase subtly structures the space and complements the rest of the furnishings—looped-pile fabric seating and a smoked oak table—all designed to create a warm and inviting interior.

Each of the five suites has been designed in a simple, natural style. Textured materials, earthy tones, and bathrooms finished in polished concrete create soothing spaces, punctuated by more colorful decorative details.

Outside, the wood-lined pool and pergola extend the living spaces into a welcoming and serene atmosphere, true to the spirit of the island.
