Apartment 120 m2

Paris, August 2025

Located in the heart of Paris’s 9th arrondissement, this 120 m² apartment with unobstructed views needed a complete renovation in order to let in all the light it deserved. It was completely redesigned for a couple in their thirties who made bold design choices for this typically Parisian property. We were able to enhance the charm of the old while contrasting it with very raw elements: stone, concrete, and wood.

The apartment is centered around a large, bright living room, a master suite designed as a true cocoon, and a guest suite for elegant entertaining.

As soon as you enter, the light guides your gaze towards the large living room, the beating heart of the apartment. The living room, designed as a space for relaxation and sharing, combines generous seating and contemporary pieces with impeccable finishes. The sober tones are warmed by wood and textures, while a custom-made marble bookcase and graphic pendant lights add rhythm to the space.

The dining room and kitchen, separated by an elegant glass transom, create a convivial and open space. The custom-made wine cellar is a real centerpiece. A large walnut table with soft curves invites shared meals, surrounded by chairs with a timeless design. The custom-designed kitchen is illuminated by a large marble niche, adding character and depth to the whole.

The master suite, a true refuge, consists of three distinct spaces: a functional and refined dressing room, a bathroom where Verde Guatemala marble contrasts with polished concrete, and a soothing bedroom in ivory tones punctuated with walnut. The harmony of materials and soft lines create a space conducive to rest.

The guest areas have been given the same attention to detail. A suite designed for entertaining combines comfort and elegance, with its travertine bathroom enhanced with touches of walnut and brushed brass.

More than just a renovation, this apartment tells a story: that of a project where every choice, from materials to finishes, was guided by the desire for a lively, welcoming, and timeless interior.
