MIRABEAU

Apartment 150 m2

Paris, March 2026

Located in the heart of a historic building, this 150-square-meter apartment has been redesigned to highlight its Haussmann-style charm while infusing it with a subtle contemporary touch. The goal: to strike a balance between history and modernity while offering elegance and practical comfort.

The kitchen stands out as the central room. Organized around a black marble island with clean lines, it makes a strong statement while remaining perfectly integrated into its surroundings. The contrast between this dark mass and the light woodwork creates an elegant and structuring visual balance.

In the adjoining dining area, the design plays on the harmony of eras: an antique chandelier dialogues with contemporary-style furniture, orchestrating a masterful relationship between tradition and modernity. The living room, meanwhile, embraces a more organic freedom: rounded forms, warm materials, and furniture conceived as standalone objects.

The main bathroom is rich and full of contrast: veined black marble adorns the space, while the bathtub and classic-style fixtures sculpt the space with softness and precision. In contrast, the second bathroom emphasizes lightness: light marble with delicate veins and a graphic floor pattern alternating between light and dark marble give the space rhythm and structure without weighing down the atmosphere.

The children’s room offers a soft, minimalist atmosphere. Light colors, clean lines, and a custom-built bookshelf create a cozy retreat, designed to provide comfort and serenity in everyday life.
