MEYNADIER
Apartment building 123 m2
Cannes, May 2025
Nestled in a small pedestrian street in Cannes, the interior of this 3-storey building has been redesigned for short-term rentals. Each apartment embodies the very essence of the Mediterranean lifestyle, each with its own originality while maintaining a seamless harmony. Each has been designed to combine elegance, comfort and functionality.
Carefully selected materials, such as walnut for finishes, bouclette for textiles and touches of black for decorative elements, create a warm and welcoming ambience. Tile flooring on the second and third floors adds a touch of authenticity, bringing us back to the local Mediterranean style. The sophisticated, organic color palette, with shades of deep black and terracotta, lends the apartments a refined yet comfortable atmosphere.
Living spaces offer a harmonious blend of modernity and tradition, with clean lines and delicate details. Subtle textures and well-chosen decorative elements add character and style to each room, creating a peaceful refuge in the heart of the city.
The continuity of this harmony can also be found in the sleeping areas, where beige hues turn these rooms into cocoons conducive to relaxation.
As a result, the entire project reflects a balanced approach, where every detail has been carefully thought out to deliver elegant, functional interiors.
