This authenticity is particularly evident in the original terracotta floor tiles, a key element that affirms the apartment’s character and will transport future tenants to the local style of the French Riviera. Combined with a palette of soft tones, these tiles create a warm atmosphere.

The beige kitchen, with its walnut shelves and travertine-effect countertop, strikes a balance between softness and sophistication. Then, in the heart of the living room, a black table provides structure and contrast.
