Complete renovation of a 160m² apartment for an active man who loves to entertain. The goal was to create a high-end space, full of details and noble materials. A luxurious master suite, a chic and sober secondary suite, a gym, and an impressive living space with a view of the Louvre!
The apartment was completely restructured, reimagined, and the lighting was carefully designed to be modulated according to the desired ambiance. We preserved the moldings and fireplaces in respect of this beautiful property, but completely changed the flooring, maintaining the essence of the old while adding the comfort of underfloor heating and sound insulation.
