This 140m² loft has been fully renovated for high-end rental.
We designed the interior without strong bias in terms of colors and decoration, aiming for a refined result that is not overly personalized.
Some of the original elements were preserved, adding character, especially in the living room.
The bedrooms are charming and minimalist, allowing tenants the freedom to accessorize, just like the bathrooms which are sober, chic, and timeless. We chose neutral colors, black and white, while adding style and originality through textures.
