An unusual apartment perched on the rooftops of Paris with an unbeatable view of the Tuileries Garden and the Eiffel Tower.
Our client, a great enthusiast of design, vibrant colors, and various materials, tasked us with designing this apartment as an abstract canvas. We let our ideas flow like an artist’s brush on a blank canvas. The result is a warm, colorful interior with a clever mix of contemporary furniture and pieces found during travels.
Textured wall coverings, joinery with tartan textile lines, hammered and aged metals, contrasting marble…
The colors and lines are somewhat inspired by Daniel Lee’s artistic work at Bottega and Burberry.
For the first time, we ventured far outside our comfort zone, letting go of conformity, linearity, and the rigor we typically adhere to.
