Total renovation and layout of a 50m2 apartment for investment.
We optimized this small space to make it as spacious and functional as possible. In the living room and bedroom, we designed the spaces in two parts by simply dividing the room with a strong color contrast. This creates a depth effect that visually enlarges the space.
