This exceptional apartment, designed for long-term high-end rental on Airbnb, embodies an elegant fusion of contemporary chic and minimalist touches.

Triumphant materials such as ceramic stoneware, replicating Calacatta Viola Rossé marble, oak veneer, and linen have been carefully chosen to create a warm and functional ambiance. The color palette consists of organic shades, deep black, and royal purple, giving each space a sophisticated and captivating atmosphere.

The living spaces reveal a perfect blend of modernity and sobriety. We played with the alternation of straight and curved lines to enhance the organic feel, accentuated by textures such as zellige tiles and polished concrete. In keeping with this concept, we placed abstract and textured artwork in the living room and one of the bedrooms.
