ANTIBES
Apartment 43 m2
Cannes, May 2025
This apartment, designed as a southern cocoon for a couple, has been completely redesigned to combine functionality and aesthetics. Every square meter has been optimized, without compromising the harmony of volumes or the fluidity of circulation.
Right from the entrance, a khaki green hue sets the tone. Soothing and enveloping, it introduces a protective space where a built-in laundry room discreetly blends in.
The light-filled, open-plan living room is organized around a beige sofa bed with sober lines. A bespoke walnut bookcase, highlighted by an elegant brushed brass bar, structures the space. On the dining side, a microcement table is complemented by walnut chairs and a bespoke banquette in light oak, upholstered in a textured fabric.
The bedroom, designed as a cocoon, is dressed in soothing off-white tones. The light oak headboard has a natural place here, accompanied by a 3D linen wallcovering that adds relief and softness. All around, a custom-made dressing room matches the wall palette, offering both storage and discretion.
Finally, the apartment opens onto a 30 m² terrace, a true extension of the living space. Furnished with a kitchenette, it invites you to savor the southern light over a shared meal.
