MAUBOURG

Located on the top floor of a Parisian building, this 15 m² studio was created by combining two former service rooms. The goal of the project was to transform this limited space into a true living environment, where every square meter is optimized without ever compromising comfort or the quality of the spaces.

Designed with functionality in mind, the layout brings together all essential functions within a compact space: kitchen, dining area, living room, sleeping area, walk-in closet, and bathroom. Custom-made furniture, ample built-in storage, and retractable solutions help free up space and maintain a sense of openness.

Light oak woodwork, travertine, cream tones, and brass accents create a soft, timeless palette. Curved lines, paired with a smoked glass sliding door, enhance the flow of natural light and reinforce the overall sense of fluidity.

Through this project, we demonstrate that a small interior can meet the same high standards as a large apartment. Careful consideration of functionality, custom design, and materials results in a living space that is functional, elegant, and sustainable.
